Brand Social Revamp
I was brought on by the TAXA Outdoors team to manage the day to day operations of Organic Social, lead community management, as well as spearhead new initiatives for content creation and improve the social strategy and it's effectiveness.

Our goals were to improve KPIs across the board for our owned channels — including impressions, engagement, follower growth, response times to customers and CTRs.





My focus in undertaking this project was threefold:
