Stapelstein (operating under joboo GmbH) is a play-focused brand with a global presence across North America and Europe. As North American Social Media & Communications Manager, I oversaw social strategy, influencer relations, and reporting frameworks for both NA and EU markets — helping transform Stapelstein’s online presence through data-driven insights and creative execution.

THE CHALLENGE

When I joined Stapelstein, there was no formal social media structure in place. Reporting, influencer initiatives, and editorial workflows were largely ad hoc, making it difficult to measure performance or coordinate global campaigns effectively. My goal was to establish clear processes, optimize channel performance, and unify brand storytelling across regions.

THE APPROACH

Crafting a Global Playbook

I developed a comprehensive Global Social Media Playbook (NA & EU) from the ground up—defining clear objectives, channel tactics, KPIs, and editorial workflows. Leveraging tools like Airtable, I established cohesive content pipelines that aligned diverse teams and markets around a single strategic vision.

 

Building Data-Driven Foundations

To drive accountability and growth, I hand-built the company’s first reporting frameworks and analytics dashboards. By transforming raw social data into actionable insights, I enabled real-time optimization of CTAs, seasonal promotions, and campaign launches. These newly established benchmarks became the backbone for all digital marketing decisions.

 

Influencer & Content Management

Spearheading US influencer relations, I managed two specialized agencies across both evergreen and campaign efforts. From leading briefs and approvals to negotiating contracts, I ensured every content piece aligned with brand guidelines and resonated with target audiences—culminating in top-performing collaborations with audience reach far above benchmarks.

 

Cross-Functional & Global Coordination

In addition to managing two direct reports, I partnered with global teams spanning brand, operations, and sales to execute marketing initiatives and product launches. This collaborative approach streamlined content approvals across time zones and united international stakeholders behind common KPIs.

 

Launching a Flagship Product

For a major global product launch, I orchestrated digital communications, oversaw influencer seeding, and tracked performance metrics to inform cross-functional strategies. By unifying messaging across all channels, we achieved a cohesive, high-impact rollout—ultimately generating a substantial month-over-month revenue spike on North American Instagram.

THE RESULT

Introduced data dashboards that propelled 42% TikTok growth and solidified an 87K Pinterest audience in 2024.

Achieved a 43% year-over-year follower increase and 4.3M combined reach by year-end 2024.

Oversaw an Instagram collaboration reaching 325% above benchmark, thanks to carefully managed briefs and contract negotiations.

Surpassed monthly Instagram benchmarks by +88% in views and +124% in reach, culminating in a 67% YoY follower lift.

Managed digital comms for a flagship product launch, driving a +420% MoM revenue spike on NA Instagram.

Why It Matters

By establishing structured workflows, robust analytics, and strong influencer partnerships, I helped transform Stapelstein’s social presence into a data-driven, globally cohesive machine. This foundation not only boosted immediate performance metrics but set the stage for sustainable growth across all social platforms.
